Land That Job! Frees Up Resume Template Content
Saskatoon, SK (PRWEB) February 22, 2008 -- Land That Job! (www.landjob.com) today announced that after 9 years, the site is opening up its resume and cover letter content for free download as part of a major site overhaul. Landjob.com is a career resource center for job seekers that provides resume and cover letter resources as well as local job listings.
Prior to this move, Landjob.com sold a resume and cover letter package for $29.95 that included resume templates (http://www.landjob.com/Resume-Templates/), cover letter templates, samples and writing guides. As a convenience for site visitors, a download package will continue to be available for $9.95 that will provide all of the site's content in one zip file. All samples and templates are provided in MS Word formats.
"While our site has been profitable for many years, it's time for our site to catch up to a new web," explains Malcolm Chlan, managing Partner of Landjob.com. "People using the Internet for career research want to find free content. There isn't a lot of professionally designed free template content available. We want to provide a useful resource to more people."
A number of major upgrades to the site will take place in a staged rollout over the next 3 months to better serve growing traffic. Landjob.com is experiencing record traffic enjoying 6 consecutive months of traffic growth.

Market Yourself with a Resume that Gets Results
Your resume should be like any good marketing plan ? designed to sell! It needs to hook potential employers as soon as they see it, so they bypass the discard pile and take a second look. Creating a resume that accomplishes that can't be done in just a few minutes because there's much more to it than listing your work history and year of graduation. Try thinking of it as an art form, because it is. Great resumes get a second look and an interview, but bad ones don't get a second thought.
